The Brothers Fish Bar is a family run Fish & Chip Shop run by Michael and Angela Zeolla. Since 2003, they have continued the great British Tradition along with the help of their children.
Fish & Chips is a way of life for Michael Zeolla, established back in 1966 by five brothers who brought their love for food from Italy and quality service with a chain of shops around East London. Beginning in Stratford and growing as far as Lakeside Shopping Centre in Thurrock, The Brothers was and still is the place to go for Friday night’s Fish & Chips.
Michael has brought to Milton Keynes that same passion and desire that his father and uncles began. With Fish & Chips cooked to perfection, the fish lightly battered and chips golden brown, The Brothers has gained a reputation as the place to go for those who love good food in Milton Keynes.
The Brothers has also achieved a 5 Star for Scores On The Doors Food Hygiene Rating awarded by Milton Keynes Council which rate how hygienic and well-managed the food preparation at any food premises is. The Brothers was amongst the 1st Take Aways to gain 5 Stars, continuing to keep the excellent rating for 4 years.
